- Every class has both aerobic (think cardiovascular exercise) and anaerobic (think strength training) elements in order to offer a well-rounde fitness experience to everyone in attendance
- Every class focuses on the practical, real-world defense skills that the martial arts emphasize and our instructors make sure people understand the applications of martial arts to their every day lives
